Ordering and requesting new software
If there is software, an application, or a cloud based service you’d like to use, we have a policy in place for how to go about getting it. Talk to your manager in the first instance to check its alright with them, and then get in touch with IT Support stating what the requirements are and why. The Business Solutions team within ICT will then be in touch to advise you of next steps.
This will help ensure you have the best solution to meet your needs, the product is supported, certified and maintained, and we have the budget for it. More information and detail can be found in our software and applications policy on the Portal.
