The NZ Firefighters Credit Union is looking for passionate people to join its board of directors.

The NZ Firefighters Credit Union is looking for people with skills in the following areas: 

  • Accounting
  • Audit
  • Legal
  • Governance
  • Asset Management
  • Banking
  • Strategy

 

Currently board positions are totally voluntary, however from this years AGM it is likely that a meeting fee will be paid to directors with the amount yet to be determined.

The board meets a minimum of six times a year and there are seperate audit and risk, and loans committees which meet additional to these meetings.

Directors can reside anywhere in NZ and expenses will be met. Zoom is also regularly used for meetings
