Now is the chance to have your say in our 2022 People Survey

Get your feedback ready! Our annual People Survey is coming up on 7 March and it’s your chance to make sure your voice is heard and help our organisation be the best it can be. This year our survey will run from 7 March to 1 April 2022 and we want to hear from you.

There are two separate surveys, one for employees and one for volunteers. If you are an employee as well as a Fire and Emergency volunteer, you can answer both surveys. Those who took part last year will notice the survey looks slightly different this year, as based on your feedback, we have changed some of the questions within the survey to make them more suitable for the organisation we are today.

AskYourTeam is the independent organisation that is running and analysing our survey. The survey results will help our leaders understand their people’s views so they can better support them. The survey is confidential which means we will not be able to identify people unless they explicitly choose to identify themselves. Results will not be shared with leaders where there are less than five responses for that team.

On 7 March you will receive an email from AskYourTeam. The link in the email is unique for individuals and is the only way to answer the survey. You will have until 5pm on 1 April to have your say, and we’ll provide reminders until the closing date.
