Leeston Volunteer Fire Brigade advises of the passing of ex Chief Fire Officer and Life Member Noel Thian (Sam).
A funeral to celebrate Sam’s life will be held at 10am on Saturday 1st April 2023 at Lamb and Hayward, 467 Wairakei Road Burnside, Christchurch.
Undress uniform with no hats/caps.
