New place to connect with other AP&ES Games attendees

To better support our people in creating teams for the AP&ES Games, and create opportunities for them to connect, we have created a closed Facebook group - 2022 Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games - Fire and Emergency(external link).

The Group will be a place where our people can come together to create sporting teams, connect with others taking part, and during the event, create opportunities to socialise outside of the Games. 

The AP&ES Games will bring together up to 5000 competitors in Rotorua from 4-11 March 2022. There are over 60 sports on offer and people of all ages and abilities are invited to take part.

The AP&ES Games(external link)(external link) are an opportunity to build camaraderie and promote a healthy lifestyle through participation in sport, while heightening the public's awareness of police and emergency services. It gives us all the chance to come together as colleagues and friends while representing team Fire and Emergency.

Competitors can register on the AP&ES Games website(external link)(external link). Registration will usually cost $80 plus a fee specific to your sport, but with the Super Early Bird special pricing you can get a 20% discount on the registration fee until 22 August. To take advantage of the discount, you need to enter "SUPEREARLY" when you register.
