New online uniform ordering system
Workwear Group's new online uniform ordering system is going live today.
The Uniform Retender Project (URP) is pleased to announce that from today, Fire and Emergency has a new modern and streamlined online ordering process for ordering our uniform.
Workwear Group has introduced a new online ordering system which is a significant improvement to the current one and it goes live today.
Features of the new system include:
- Personnel will be able to order their own uniform directly from their desktop, laptop, or mobile phone. All products and packs are personalised to them and their role and include images, descriptions, and size guides to help them make the right choice.
- An easy-to-use system that guides them through the online ordering process.
- They will be able to track the status of their order by going to the order history tab, where they can see if their order is pending approval, approved, or dispatched. This will remove the need to stay on the line when contacting customer service.
- There’s a Support Hub section in the Main Menu that takes them directly to training videos, plus helpful ‘how-to’ guides covering all their frequently asked questions.
- They can submit a return or exchange request online directly from the Manage Orders menu on the site.
