Meraki Router Firmware Update– brief network outage for ALL Meraki sites

On Thursday 10 December at 2am the Firmware on the Meraki Routers for all Meraki sites will be updated between 2 - 4am.

The network outage for the impacted sites will be no longer than 5 minutes. 

The outage will impact ALL network connnections to sites using Meraki Routers, including internet and WiFi. 

There is no requirement for you to do anything prior to or following the update. This update will NOT affect NHQ, Region Offices or NTC.

The update is required to provide enhanced functionality and keep Fire and Emergency’s Meraki Routers secure.
