Meet our new ICT leadership team

Fire and Emergency has a new ICT leadership team.

Murray Mitchell heads up the team as Chief Information and Technology Officer.

Jodi Russell has joined Fire and Emergency as Head of ICT Infrastructure and Operations, while Nico Smit is also new to the organisation as Head of ICT Delivery. 

Brian Saunders has taken up the role of Head of ICT Architecture and Strategy, while Chris Juriss is Head of ICT Business Office.

Sharon Masters is remaining on board to help with the transition into the new ICT structure in the role of Manager Project Management, while Renee Paul is in Jodi's team as ICT Infrastructure and and Operations Co-ordinator.

The new ICT structure was stood up on 31 October, with the new leadership team welcomed with a mihi whakatau.

DCE Kaupapa Maori and Cultural Communities Piki Thomas leads the mihi whakatau.
