Following Kerry’s announcement last Wednesday that consultation on structural changes across the organisation will open next Wednesday12 November, the Change Team want to ensure you have the support and resources you need to guide your teams through this time. 

Our leaders carry a vital responsibility in supporting your people - answering their questions, maintaining open communication, and looking after their wellbeing. To help you in this significant role, the Change Team have developed a Leaders’ Change Toolkit(external link), which will be regularly updated throughout the consultation process. 

The toolkit is hosted on a SharePoint site, where you can choose to follow the page and automatically receive update notifications via email. 

Currently, the toolkit includes: 

  • Key messages to help you respond to your team’s questions, 
  • A calendar of drop-in sessions you can sign up for to hear directly from the Change Team (the first session is this Friday),
  • An anonymous question form to pre-submit queries about the change process that will be addressed during drop-in sessions, 
  • A conversation guide to help you hold constructive, respectful discussions with your people as they navigate change. 

We recognise that leading through change can be challenging, and we want to recognise your ongoing leadership and commitment to your people. Please continue to look after yourselves and reach out for support from the Change Team when you need it.
