The problem with accessing the Portal this morning is now resolved and remote access to email, using Web Mail and through the Portal, is also now restored.

When you access the email service you may be prompted to change your password. If you are unable to access the system, it is likely that your account is disabled. Please phone the ICT Helpdesk on 0800 374 843 to have your account enabled and then you can change the password.

Please note we will be disabling remote access through Web Mail each night between 11pm to 5am as an interim measure to help keep our systems safe.
