ICT Notification: Secure Citrix Desktop service issue resolved
Our IT engineers have fixed the earlier issues affecting our Secure Citrix Desktop service, detailed below. It is now working as expected.
What’s happening (as at 11.30am)
Fire and Emergency people are currently unable to access our Secure Citrix Desktop while working remotely.
The issues people are experiencing include:
- When users try to log into their Secure Citrix Desktop session their login details will not be accepted.
- Users aren’t able to access their network files/folders/SMS/Outlook/M-Pad
Access to our Portal website is working normally.
Note: As a work around, users can still access SMS/Webmail/Homebase/SmartStatus via the Portal at https://Portal.Fireandemergency.nz(external link)
What we’re doing about it
Our ICT Infrastructure Team is investigating. We will update this Portal article this afternoon.
