What is Happening 

The Network Team have been working on a new security initiative to segregate server and user networks. This work will enhance the security of our server infrastructure. The change is essential to ensure continued reliability, performance, security, and supportability of our network infrastructure.

What You Need to Know 

Any business owner that will be impacted by this work, will be engaged with directly. The impact will be noticed on Tuesday 20th May between 5.00pm and 9.00pm, where there will be up to 6x 2-minute blips in network connectivity.

This network change will also impact Incident Reporting on SMS. Towards the end of the change window, there will be a data delay, which could last up to 3 hours. During those 3 hours, there will be a delay for Incident Reports being available to start in SMS.
