Great response to RFP for next generation Type 3 Appliance

The Request for Proposal, (RFP), for suppliers to design a fit for purpose solution for our next generation Type 3 appliance closed last month and the project team is impressed with the responses.

Bruce Stubbs, Region Manager, Te Ūpoko and Type 3 Appliance Acquisition Project Business Owner said the team was pleased with the quality and level of detail contained in the responses.

“The respondents have provided a large amount of information in their proposals which means our Evaluation Panel has a lot of reading to do. They are wading through the documents now to complete the paper-based evaluation. This will help decide which respondents we will take through to the next stage which involves identifying which of the proposed appliances we will take to trial.

“This stage of the evaluation should be completed by March 2021.”
