Wellington Fire Brigade advises of the passing of George McKay (Paddy) on Sunday 26 March 2023.

A funeral to celebrate Paddy's life will be held at 10am on Friday 31 March at Gee & Hickton Funeral Directors, Corner King &, Cairo Street, Upper Hutt 5018, burial will be at 12.30 in Karori Cemetery.

Current members are encouraged to wear their undress uniform or station dress if undress unavailable, members will be asked to form a guard of honour for George at the conclusion of the service in Upper Hutt.
