Our firefighters are regularly honoured when the Queen recognises citizens from Commonwealth countries for their exceptional service at New Year and on the observation of her birthday.

Being recognised with Royal Honours is an exceptional achievement that all recipients should be extremely proud of. These six have dedicated many years to serving their communities and I am sure their inspiring contributions have made a real difference in people’s lives.

Congratulations to all our deserving recipients.
