Christmas shut down period
This year, NHQ will close at 5pm on Friday 20 December and will re-open on Monday 6 January 2020.
Details of Christmas break dates for this year are as follows:

All non-operational staff are encouraged to have a break over this time. Please submit your annual leave requests for the period of Monday 23 December to Friday 3 January (a total of 6 days) as soon as possible.
If you must work during the office closure, please complete a written submission to your manager outlining the reasons for needing to work, your deliverables, and the timeframe. This will then need to be approved by ELT.
Christmas and New Year payroll processing
You’ll need to submit all payroll documentation for December/January, including timesheets, to the Payroll Team no later than Monday 16th December 2019. This will ensure the fortnightly pay is processed smoothly in a tight schedule.
Requests for payroll processing received after 16 December will be held over for the pay run of 15th January 2020.
Please notify payroll of any Leavers and New Employees as soon as possible, to ensure that payments are processed without disruption to the employees.
