The Travel Office will be closed from 5.00pm, Thursday 24 December 2020 until 8.00am, Monday 11 January 2021. This is in line with the NHQ close-down period.

We encourage travellers to make any non-urgent travel requests prior to this time to take advantage of booking-in-advance discounts. We are heading into a particularly busy time in New Zealand – domestic leisure travel will be at an all-time high because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you need urgent assistance while the Travel Office is closed, Orbit World Travel will be available to make bookings to ensure we meet our operational obligations. You can contact them on 04 496 3288 and they will be happy to assist when needed.

Those in the Regions can still request bookings through your usual methods (your Region travel bookers), but do try to plan this well in advance around the 'necessary travel' guidelines. If your travel meets the 'urgent travel' criteria, your request will be actioned. If you need to book travel outside standard business hours, Orbit World Travel will action your request.
