Unfortunately, we are still having issues with access to the Internet, the portal, email, and in some cases SMS.

We are currently increasing our bandwidth and updating our internet server, which should improve the reliability and speed of the internet in the next few days.

We are also increasing the number of people in the Helpdesk to speed up the resolution of issues. If you are having issues that you haven’t notified the Help Desk of, please call 0800 374 843 so we can assist.

If you are having problems with remote access, you can still access our systems on devices in stations, in Area Offices, at CommCentres, or at NHQ.  The Portal can also be accessed on a Fire and Emergency issued laptop that has Windows 10.
