Welcome to the first edition of Ignite. Ignite tells the stories of the men and women across the country who dedicate themselves to protecting life and property in their urban and rural communities. It represents the voices of our firefighters and the people who work behind the scenes to support them.In this edition we celebrate the achievement of a Palmerston North firefighter who made it all the way to the Rio Olympics, the creative way our Southern Communications Centre found two injured men lost on a rural road and introduce our new website MyFire.
