Hororata Volunteer Brigade advises of the passing of Life Member Neil Douglas Oliver. Neil joined the Hororata Volunteer Brigade on 23-3-1965 and retired on 19-12-2005. Funeral details to come.

Moana Volunteer Fire Brigade advises the passing of Life Honorary Member, Joyce Klempel. A service to celebrate Joyce’s life will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Tainui Street in Greymouth on Monday 12 December at 11am. Fire and Emergency members are asked to wear full undress uniform.
Trevor Molloy
The Cobden Volunteer Fire Brigade advise the passing of the ex-Chief Fire Officer Trevor Molloy, Gold Star member, Honorary Life Member of Cobden Volunteer Fire Brigade and past president of West Coast Provincial Fire Brigades Association. Trevor served for 38 years from 1959 to 1997.

Fire and Emergency advises of the passing of Kenneth Alan (Ken) Rintoul from Okaihau, Northland on 29 November. Ken had been a member of Fire and Emergency’s Northland Local Advisory Committee since June 2020. Ken’s background was in the construction and civil engineering industries.
