The 2025 Risk Reduction Delivery Roadmap displays all Risk Reduction projects for the calendar year and is a way of making risk reduction work more visible, transparent, and easier to follow.

The roadmap – also known as Concept of Operations or CONOPs - lays out key projects, milestones, and what’s coming up, so you can see exactly how things are tracking in the Risk Reduction space.

It keeps everyone in the loop on what’s happening in Risk Reduction
It shows the progress we’re making across important projects
It helps us all stay on track and accountable

Who is this for?

Anyone can access the roadmap to see what’s happening in the Risk Reduction space, however this document will be most useful to CRMs and team leaders in the Risk Reduction space.
