About Guest Speaker - Jane Weekes
In 2012 a devastating fire swept through a shopping mall in Doha, Qatar, killing 19 people, 13 of those were children.
Three of those children were Jane and Martin Weekes two-year-old triplets. Jane speaks of her experiences on that day and goes on to talk about her passion to help firefighters because of the compassion and empathy that the Doha firefighters showed for her and her children.
She talks about the calls we are now attending and how our exposure to sudden deaths and suicides, can and are, impacting on our psychological health and wellbeing.
