- If you are having trouble with your details not showing on the Online Volunteer Expense Claim form, or you cannot select your course please email: application-support@fireandemergency.nz

If your claim is sitting with the Learning Operations Coordinator or the Approver, please email either the Learning Operations Coordinator directly or courses@fireandemergency.nz
- If your claim has been processed and you are still awaiting payment, please email:
- For Loss of Income (LOI), Whanau Support, Mileage Claims: NHQPayroll@fireandemergency.nz
- For any out-of-pocket expenses eg, parking, petrol for rental cars: Expenses@fireandemergency.nz
